Loka Yoga is an excellent choice for Discovering Yin Yoga.  The data protected is detailed and very well presented.  With the conclusion in the program I began training a daily Yin course, and I felt really very well prepared.  I hugely recommend this program.The Loka Yoga College yin yoga teacher teaching was way over and above my expectations!
